TRUFFLE SAUCE 90g

Black truffle in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of every dish. Heat the sauce for 5 minutes in a pan after adding a bit of salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a dressing for a delicious spaghetti dish or spread it on crostini, toast, or pizza with mozzarella.

Mushroom (Agaricus Bisporus) 76% initially, olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5% initially, black olives, capers, white wine, lemon juice, salt, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, oregano, black pepper, flavors.
